National Medal of Honor Museum

So proud to have the forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum located right down the street in Arlington, Texas. A group of us signed the final beam today as they lifted it to the roof in a “Topping Out” Ceremony.

There have been a total of 3,525 recipients of the Medal of Honor in U.S. history, and only a handful will be chosen as a main exhibit in the museum.

I was fortunate to marry into the family of one of them - Master Sergeant Roy Benavidez (the great uncle of my wife, Rachael Capua), whose story is almost too incredible to believe.

So if you are near the City of Fort Worth, Texas starting March 25, 2024 or later, this world class museum would be well worth a visit.
