About 5 years ago, Regina Smith walked into the commercial kitchen I had with Cortney Gumbleton.

She reminded me of my mom - she was sweet, passionate about helping others, and just needed some guidance.

Today, I walked into her own restaurant as she beamed with pride to greet me.

Words cannot express how proud I am of her and how she continues to feed the homeless and inspires others to never give up.
